2023年迎春：株式会社の設立
明けましておめでとうございます🐇 今年は株式会社を設立します。
上場企業様をはじめ、取引先様が拡大傾向にあることが設立の理由です。
個人事業主として翻訳業を始めて、はや10年超。現状でも引き合いは十分ですが、株式会社という器を生かして、新しい挑戦をしたいと考えています。
ここ数年、上場企業様のIR資料（投資家向け広報）やESG資料などの翻訳需要が急増しており、コンサルティング業務を含めて翻訳を提供する機会に恵まれています。
日本語資料は日本人向けに書かれているので、そのまま英語に直しても背景知識の異なる海外の方には響きにくいです。その逆もしかり。そこで、資料の構成を見直したり、その背景にある経営戦略までくみ取って読者目線で書き直したりすると、メッセージが伝わりやすくなります。
株式会社の設立を決めたは昨年12月後半。それから会計士（兼 税理士）さん探しなどでバタバタしていました。大手企業様の場合は法人との取引を好む傾向があることも設立の大きな理由です。

Happy New Year! I will incorporate a stock company this year.
This is because the number of business partners, including listed companies, is on the rise.
I have been engaged in the translation industry for over a decade and am eager to make a new attempt at leveraging a stock company.
For the past few years, I have been blessed with an opportunity to provide translation and consulting services backed by a rapidly increasing demand in the investor relations (IR) and environment, social, and governance (ESG) fields.
As Japanese documents are written mainly for Japanese people, they sometimes fail to convey the true message to overseas readers if we simply translate Japanese into English, and vice versa. Therefore, I am reviewing the structure of materials or rewriting the message incorporating the business strategies for better communication.
In the latter part of last December, I decided to incorporate a stock company. Since then, I have spent a life of hustle and bustle looking for a certified public accountant or tax accountant. Another reason for incorporating my company is that large Japanese companies prefer to deal with a company, not a freelancer.
I hope 2023 will be a prosperous year for everyone.
